Passion to ProfessionHow to Go From What You Love to What You Do
In today’s world, many young people are swept into a rat race—choosing careers based on trends, peer pressure, or what’s considered “safe.” In the process, they often lose touch with who they are and what they truly enjoy. They end up becoming just another brick in the wall.
Imagine waking up every day excited to learn, build, and grow in a direction that feels true to you. That’s what this mentorship is all about—helping you discover what lights you up, and guiding you to turn that into something real and fulfilling.
Instead of following a standard path, you have the chance to create your own. A path where your passion, purpose, and potential come together.
Through personalised one-on-one mentorship, I help teens:
Explore their true interests with confidence and curiosity
Identify natural strengths and align them with exciting possibilities
Gain clarity on how to move from ideas to action
Blend what they love with what the world needs
Build a future that’s meaningful, exciting, and uniquely theirs.
I’ll share practical insights, lived experience, and ongoing support to help you move forward—step by step. This is about opening up possibilities, not closing in on one fixed answer.
Parent. Explorer. Mentor
Guide for teens growing up in a fast-changing world.
For nearly two decades, Munish Gupta has been on a mission to understand how young people truly learn, grow, and thrive. Since 2005, he has immersed himself in exploring diverse education systems and alternative learning communities—across India and around the world. Driven by both curiosity and care, he has visited dozens of schools, engaged with educators globally, and attended parenting sessions nationwide—not just as an observer, but as a deeply involved parent with a love for children and learning.
Munish’s journey as a father played a central role in shaping his perspective. Choosing to homeschool his twin children from the very beginning, he created a learning environment driven by trust, curiosity, and real-life experiences. Today, at 19, his twins are pursuing a unique global degree program, travelling across seven countries, building seven businesses, and doing it all on a full merit scholarship. Their path is a reflection of what’s possible when education is guided by freedom, exploration, and purpose.
In 2015, Munish founded School of Life Education (SOLE) — an initiative that expands the current definition of schooling into a system that harmonises book learning with direct life experience. SOLE’s mission is to provide students with the best possible learning opportunities through educational travel, including the organisation of immersive educational field trips that connect classroom knowledge to the world around them.
Now, Munish is launching a new chapter: offering personalised one-on-one mentorship for teens. His approach is grounded in real-life experience, deep listening, and a belief that every young person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s big questions—about identity, purpose, learning, and direction.
This isn’t just mentorship—it’s a heartfelt offering from someone who has lived the journey as both a parent and a lifelong learner.
